We just want to remind you…
Nuudii is not a bra - it’s boobwear - the option between bra braless. Made with our unique flex fabric that hugs like a second skin, Nuudiis fit, function, and feel different than traditional bras. Due to the hugging nature of our fabric and the intimate nature of our products, Nuudiis can’t be resold once worn.
Before you buy…
We’re all about keeping it real, which is why we don’t alter our images. Our photos and videos show Nuudii exactly as it is. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and meet our standard return guidelines.
Domestic Return/Exchange Policy
To return or exchange your item, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. If the item came with a hang tag (found on our boobwear and jacquard stretch fashion pieces), the hang tag must still be attached. We will happily accept your return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We understand that you must try on your Nuudii; however, we are unable to accept items that have been worn for an extended period. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
We accept returns for store credit and product exchanges only. Unsure of the difference? Here's some more info...
Return for Store Credit: Not loving your Nuudii but unsure of what you want to order next? No problem, returns for store credit are issued in the form of a non-expiring Nuudii System digital gift card.
Product Exchange: Do you need a different size? Did you change your mind about the color? No problem! You'll be prompted to select your new item in the returns portal.
We do not issue returns for refunds to the original form of payment. Please note that we can only process a return for store credit/product exchange once per item per order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Accessories, buttwear, bodysuits, swim bottoms, boob care, and price-reduced items marked “Sale” or "Final Sale" are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.
Start a Domestic Return/Exchange
Start a domestic (U.S.) return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by visiting our return portal here.
Once you submit your return/exchange and receive your return label, we ask that you send the items back to us within 14 days. Any return shipment not dropped off to the carrier within 14 days will not be accepted.
If possible, please ship your item back in the poly bag your order came in.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your store credit (digital gift card) or product exchange has been issued. Please allow up to 7 business days from delivery for our team to process your return/exchange.
International Return/Exchange Policy
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy applies to all orders placed outside of the United States.
