RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. Before returning or exchanging, please make sure your Nuudii is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging. Otherwise, we are unable to accept your return/exchange. An additional $5 fee will be applied to any return missing the back clip and/or wash pouch. 

Please note that the promotional price for bundle orders is no longer valid if the order is partially returned.

At this time we can only accept returns/exchanges with our return label. Please follow the instructions below to receive your label. 

US EXCHANGES

We understand that exchanges are sometimes necessary - sizing is not an exact science, so we made the process simple. 

  1. Email us at Curious@NuudiiSystem.com within 14 days of receiving your Nuudii. Please use the subject line “Web Exchange Request”.
  2. We will email you a shipping label for your free exchange. Please note, we can only accept exchanges using our return label. To package, use the resealable envelope you received with your Nuudii shipment.
  3. We will email you with a one time exchange code once we receive your return. You can then use the exchange code to order your correct size and/or color on our website.

All exchanges are final sale. Processing may take 2-3 weeks.

US RETURNS

As long as your Nuudii is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging, we are able to accept your return within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is processed, we will refund your original method of payment, less a $5 handling fee per product.

  1. Email us at Curious@NuudiiSystem.com within 14 days of receiving your Nuudii. Please use the subject line “Return Request”.
  2. We will email you a shipping label for your return. Please note, we can only accept returns using our return label. To package, use the resealable envelope you received with your Nuudii shipment.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed by our team.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, otherwise we will issue you a store credit. It may take up to 4 weeks to see your refund on your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds for international orders. All international orders are final sale.
