RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns and exchanges on international orders.

All returned items will incur a $5 handling fee per returned item. An additional $2 fee will be applied to any returned Nuudii missing the wash pouch. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging and hang tag attached. Otherwise, we are unable to accept your return/exchange. We understand that you must try on your Nuudii; however, due to the intimate nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn for an extended period of time.

Please note that price reduced “Sale” items or "Save $X" items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. They cannot be combined with additional promotions. 

Promotional prices for bundle orders are no longer valid if the order is partially returned.

At this time we can only accept returns/exchanges with our return label. Please follow the instructions below to receive your label. 

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES

We understand that sizing is not an exact science, and that exchanges are sometimes necessary. As long as your Nuudii is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging and hang tag attached, we are able to process your free exchange within 14 days of delivery.

1. Email us at curious@nuudiisystem.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line “Web Exchange Request”.
2. We will email you a shipping label for your free exchange. Please note, we can only accept exchanges using our return label. To package, use the resealable envelope you received your shipment in.
3. We will email you with a one time exchange code once we receive your shipment. You can then use the exchange code to order your correct size and/or color on our website.

All exchanges are final sale. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your exchange to be processed. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

As long as your Nuudii is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with the original packaging and hang tag attached, we are able to accept your return within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is processed, we will refund your original method of payment, less a $5 handling fee per product.

1. Email us at curious@nuudiisystem.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use the subject line “Return Request”.
2. We will email you a shipping label for your return. Please note, we can only accept returns using our return label. To package, use the resealable envelope you received your shipment in.
3. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your return to be received and processed by our team.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, otherwise we will issue you a store credit. It may take up to 6 weeks to see your refund on your account.
