If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

If your order has not yet begun processing or been shipped, you may request to cancel your order through our Withdrawal Portal. Please submit your request as soon as possible. While we will try our best to cancel your order, our fulfillment team works very quickly. Once an order has been picked, packed, or fulfillment has begun, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate the cancellation request.

For orders that have already been delivered, please submit your withdrawal request through our Withdrawal Portal. Once your request has been submitted, you’ll receive instructions for returning your items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Nuudii does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the cost of the original standard delivery.

For hygiene reasons, boobwear, buttwear, swimwear, and bodysuits are not eligible for withdrawal.
