If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you may request to cancel your order through your account here.

For orders that have already been delivered, sign in to your Nuudii System account and select the withdrawal option for your order. Once your request has been submitted, you’ll receive instructions for returning your items.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Nuudii does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the cost of the original standard delivery.

For hygiene reasons, boobwear, buttwear, swimwear, and bodysuits are not eligible for withdrawal.
