Shipping & Exchanges

USA Exchanges

We understand that exchanges are sometimes necessary - sizing is not an exact science, so we made the process simple.

  1. Contact us at  within 14 days of receiving your Nuudii.
  2. Please title your email Web Exchange request   and we will send you a shipping label for your free exchange. We can only accept exchanges using our return label.
  3. No complicated exchanges - instead, we provide you a one time Exchange Code once we receive your return. Use your Exchange Code to choose your correct size and color, with free returns and free shipping in the US.

International Exchanges

On all International Orders are final sale - please note that at this stage, we are unable to process Exchanges & Refunds.

USA Shipping

Nuudii System offers Free Standard Shipping in the US and Free shipping for your Exchanges within the US. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

There are certain US Territories that we are unable to ship to at this stage. 

International Shipping 

International shipping will be charged to your total payment. You may choose from a number of Shipping preferences when checking out.

Important - Your Country may charge Import Duties /Taxes and Fees - we are not responsible for these fees.

We are not responsible for any abandoned or returned packages.

                    We are unable to process International Exchanges or Refunds. 

Refunds USA 

As long as your Nuudii System is unworn, unwashed & undamaged with original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase, you may receive a refund to the original payment method, less a handling fee of $5 per product.

Refunds may take 2-3 weeks from the time you send the package until the warehouse receives and processes it.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, otherwise we will issue Store Credit.

Note - It may take up to 4 weeks to see your refund on your account.

Refunds International

International Orders - at this stage, we are unable to process Refunds or exchanges.

Lost Packages USA & International 

In the case of a package that has been tracked as “delivered”  or “lost “ - we are unable to take responsibility.
